What is the typical timeline for completing my project?
Our signature process:
Day 1: Discovery & Strategy Call
We start with a strategy session to understand your nonprofit’s goals, branding, and design needs. We’ll determine the essential types of templates required for your campaigns and set the direction for both your Brand Templates and Canva Brand Kit setup.
Days 2-4: Template Creation
Our team dives into designing the first batch of custom templates for your organization, focusing on usability and alignment with your brand’s visual identity. By the end of Day 3, you’ll have the initial set of templates ready for review, ensuring we’re on track before moving forward.
Day 5: Brand Kit Setup
Once the core Brand Templates are in place, we’ll upload all your brand assets (logos, fonts, colors, design elements, etc.) into your Canva account. In addition to creating a cohesive, organized Brand Kit, we’ll also set up a folder structure within Canva that ensures your design projects are neatly organized and easy to manage.
Day 6: Feedback & Revisions
You’ll review the Brand Templates and Brand Kit setup, providing feedback. We’ll make any necessary revisions to both the templates and the Brand Kit to ensure everything is aligned with your nonprofit’s needs and vision.
Day 7: Final Delivery & Training
On the final day, we’ll deliver your complete Canva Brand Kit and finalized templates. We’ll also provide video tutorials, walking your team through how to use, customize, and update the templates, ensuring you’re set up for long-term success. By the end of the day, your Canva system will be fully operational and ready to use.
